Quotations and estimates
Estimates are issued in Canadian dollars and are valid for the period stated on the document. Works are carried out under a separate written contract.
Compliance
Construction planning and delivery are coordinated around the Ontario Building Code and City of Toronto permit and inspection requirements. Regulated work requires appropriately licensed trades.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Limits of liability for contracted works are set out in the project contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
