In Canada, FOXTER currently services Toronto, Ontario only, delivering whole-property refurbishment, additions, basement and structural construction, new build and commercial projects. We build to the Ontario Building Code and City of Toronto requirements, with licensed trades and full site supervision.

We are deliberately careful about what we publish. You will not find invented project counts, borrowed photography presented as our own, or awards we have not won. As real projects complete and are signed off by clients, they will appear here.

Ahad Afazeli brings 25 years of architectural experience to Foxter in Toronto. His approach combines thoughtful design with practical construction knowledge, helping clients turn their ideas into spaces that are considered, functional and built around everyday life. From early concepts and design coordination to project planning and delivery, Ahad brings a clear eye for detail and a strong focus on quality. He works closely with clients and project teams to create a coherent vision and carry it through each stage of the build.

How we run projects
Four commitments that guide our Toronto projects.
Written before spoken
Scope, exclusions, programme and price in writing before any work starts. Changes are priced and agreed in writing too.
One accountable manager
A single named point of contact per project. You never chase trades individually.
Compliance handled
Construction planning and delivery are coordinated around the Ontario Building Code and City of Toronto permit and inspection requirements. Regulated work requires appropriately licensed trades.
Honest limits
If a scope, budget or timeline is unrealistic, we say so before you commit — not halfway through the build.
